Option A
Minimally invasive, Micro-liposuction with Radio Frequency (RF) 
• The Sculpting procedure is performed by a medical professional (Dr. Olivero) in the convenience of their office. This body sculpting procedure allows the patient to participate in the outcome of  the results by actively visiting with the provider during the entire treatment! 
• This technology is a gentle process for harvesting unwanted fat with a high degree of precision. The fat can then be transferred and augmented. 
• Body Sculpting is an advanced liposculpture procedure designed to remove and reshape the fat. This has major benefits in regard to skin tightening, cell viability, body etching, healing time, and patient satisfaction. 
• There are many benefits, most importantly, exceptional outcomes! The vibration assisted cannulas we use allow our providers to smoothly advance through the tissue and focus on the art of sculpting. Sculpting results in a smoother, more natural appearance. 
• Since the cell viability of the harvested fat is so high, that same fat can be used for natural breast and buttock augmentation.

The exclusive delivery modes are used in concert for hypothermic adipocyte destruction and collagen remodeling with exceptional results. The procedure is a fast, safe and effective non-invasive alternative to laser lipolysis, with no consumables or downtime required for your patient. 
 1st Step: Deep Skin Tightening and Fat Reduction with Piano pulse. 
      • The unique, super long Nd:YAG pulse mode is designed for homogenous tissue heating comfortably, safely and rapidly, by concentrating energy delivery to                  subcutaneously stimulate metabolism of fat cells, leaving the epidermis intact. The PIANO mode extends the pulse durations to the seconds regime,                          resulting in full-thickness bulk heating with an overall synergistic tightening effect. 
 2nd Step: Improvement of Skin Surface Laxity with SMOOTH pulse. 
      • The second stage consist of a revolutionary non-ablative Er:YAG SMOOTH mode, ideal for skin tightening. The intense, controlled surface tissue heating                     stimulates collagen remodeling and initiates neocollagenesis. Option A (micro-liposuction with RF) and with Option B (Fotona Laser Tight Sculpting), are the ideal way for the procedure. This POWERFUL combination helps clients achieve the best outcome! 
Combined laser treatment significantly reduced waist circumference and total body fat. The treatment considerably decreased fat thickness and improved skin stiffness in the treated region. The combined method with laser treatment, results in reduction of fat tissue and tightens the skin as confirmed by objective measurements. Typically, laser skin tightening treatments last for at least 2 years.
